LOW MOBILITY CHAIR YOGA Join Tamara from Earth Monkey Yoga,on Thursday mornings,from 10 to 11 am. This is an all levels chair yoga session geared towards building community, strength, and mobility in a gentle and welcoming environment. We start with a short breath practice and then continue into movement and laughter. Questions and small discussions are welcome.
